Did you know that food influences the appearance or not of cellulite? In today’s article, I will teach you an anti-cellulite diet that, in my day, served me to reduce it in a very effective way. Let’s look at it in depth!
Before you begin, you should keep in mind that although food is an important factor involved in the formation or not of cellulite, and in its deepening or not, it is not the decisive factor.
That is, the fact that you have an optimal diet to avoid cellulite does not guarantee that you will not have. Good nutrition is a necessary but not sufficient condition to eliminate cellulite.
This means that, of course, I recommend that you follow a fast anti-cellulite diet like the one that I will mention in the last section, taking into account food allowed and prohibited (which also tells you), but do not stop there.
In addition to an anti-cellulite diet, you should do exercises and use the remedies I speak in other parts of the web, because, when it comes to ending the cellulite, you have to do many small things well.
Foods to eliminate cellulite
Anti-cellulite foods that eliminate (at least in part) cellulite are the following:
Green leafy vegetables: Green leafy vegetables have anti-inflammatory effects that are very useful when you have cellulite. In addition, they have diuretic effects, which favor that the fluids circulate correctly by the organism.
Tomato: The tomato has a natural antioxidant that is a great help for the skin, called Lycopene, which helps to balance the damage that is caused to the skin by poor nutrition.
Eggplant: Eggplant has a high amount of potassium, which is ideal to promote lymphatic drainage and eliminate retained liquids, which, as I have already mentioned on several occasions on this website, is the main cause of cellulite.
Onion: Obviously, I do not recommend that you consume it raw (although there are people who like raw onions in the salad), but you can use it in sauces and other processes in the kitchen. Thus, you will enjoy its diuretic effects and eliminate excess fluid.
Pineapple: One of the best fruits and one of the best desserts. If you want a good anti-cellulite food, you should get used to taking some pineapple after eating and dinner, because it is the best ally you will have against orange peel.
Olive Oil: Lastly, you also have to take extra virgin olive oil. This oil has vasodilator and anti-inflammatory properties, which means that by taking it you will get better blood and fluid circulation … Just what you need!
Foods that produce cellulite
The foods that produce and enhance cellulite and orange peel are the following:
Coffee and other products with caffeine: The first of the foods that you must eliminate from your diet is coffee because it causes inflammation and its vasoconstriction properties lead to the circulation being hampered (something that, as you know, promotes the appearance of cellulite).
Soft drinks: Soft drinks and these types of drinks are recommended to be kept away. Not only because many of them have caffeine, but because they contain too many sugars, which will turn into fats when you consume them and go directly to thicken your adiposity.
Alcohol: Alcohol must be taken with caution, and taking into account that not all alcohols are the same. You have to look for those who have less sugar (as well as fewer calories) and, of course, reduce their intake as much as possible.
Fast Food: Fast food should be completely eliminated from the diet. This is one of the biggest food problems of our society, and it is preferable to end it as soon as possible. Do not take this type of food again, as it only leads to overweight and the appearance of more cellulite.
Processed foods: With processed foods, more or less, the same as with fast food. They are foods that lead to gaining fat quickly, and this not only contributes to overweight but also to the appearance of cellulite.
Tobacco: Yes, I know, it is not a food as such, but it is important to mention it. Smoking seriously hinders the proper circulation of fluids in the body, so it is a good idea to eliminate it completely (in addition, you will benefit from all the other advantages of leaving that drug).
Weekly menu of diet to eliminate cellulite
Then, taking into account the previous foods to reduce, combat and eliminate cellulite, I’ll show you a menu of one week that is the one I usually take so that it does not reappear in my body (as I explain in my story, already I managed to finish it).
Anti-cellulite menu for Monday
Breakfast: For breakfast, you can take a juice of fruits or vegetables, accompanying a slice of whole wheat bread with a boiled egg. I recommend that you accompany him with a cup of green tea with lemon.
Half morning: During the morning, I recommend not more than a handful of nuts, so that you have a good protein and deceive the stomach until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, you can have a steak on the grill with a chorreón of lemon, and accompany it with a salad of tomato, cucumber, and fennel. You can also add a tablespoon of olive oil. For dessert, take some pineapple.
Snack: For the snack, I recommend you to a simple glass of milk or an orange juice.
Dinner: For dinner, I recommend you take a spinach salad and a few slices of whole wheat bread with fresh cheese smeared. Of course, that is 0% fat.
Anti-cellulite menu for Tuesday
Breakfast: For breakfast, I recommend you take a tomato juice. You can accompany it with a hard-boiled egg with a few slices of whole wheat bread or some toast. Take, too, a tea for cellulite with lemon sweetened with stevia.
Average morning: By midmorning, the best option is to take a mere handful of nuts, so that the stomach is fooled until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, I recommend that you choose for 200 grams of grilled fish and a salad that contains celery, cucumber, lettuce and cooked vegetables. Accompany everything with a little brown bread.
Snack: For the snack, I recommend that you take some baked apples in the oven. Of course, do not add sugar, which will be converted to fats practically at the time of consuming them.
Dinner: For dinner, I recommend that you take some vegetables with a spoonful of olive oil. Accompany everything with whole wheat bread and, for dessert, take a few slices of pineapple.
Menu against cellulite for Wednesday
Breakfast: For breakfast, I recommend you drink a glass of skim milk with whole grains. If you want to sweeten them, use a little honey. Like every morning, take, also, a tea with lemon sweetened with stevia.
Half morning: In the middle of the morning I recommend a handful of hazelnuts or walnuts, so that your stomach does not feel hungry, and you can handle it until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, the best option is to take some cooked eggs accompanied by a salad of lettuce, spinach, and tomato. All this a few slices of whole wheat bread and some pineapple slices for dessert.
Snack: For snacks, I recommend you choose some prunes cooked and sugar-free.
Dinner: For dinner, opt for a barbecue of vegetables, as well as some baked fish. Accompany everything with whole wheat bread and, for dessert, take a lemon yogurt or pineapple slices.
Menu to combat cellulite for Thursday
Breakfast: For breakfast, I recommend that you opt for an orange juice accompanied by a toasted whole, and take, as always, a tea with lemon sweetened with stevia.
Half morning: During the middle of the morning, I recommend that you take a handful of nuts or hazelnuts, which will give you a good amount of protein, and will help you fool the stomach until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, I recommend that you choose a grilled chicken breast and a cooked potato with a little oil and lemon. Accompany it with a salad of vegetables and a slice of whole wheat bread, with pineapple for dessert.
Snack: For snacking, a glass of skim milk or a pineapple or lemon yogurt may suffice.
Dinner: For dinner, I recommend a veal steak of about 150 grams on the grill, cooked with aromatic herbs and a little lemon. Serve with a tomato salad.
Anti-Cellulite Menu for Friday
Breakfast: For breakfast, take a skimmed yogurt with chopped fruit inside, and accompany it with a tea sweetened with stevia.
Half morning: At about eleven in the morning, I recommend you take a handful of nuts. That should be enough to keep you hungry until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, I recommend that you take 50 grams of pasta or brown rice, with a little tomato, pepper, salt, and pickles. You can take if you wish, a salad as an accompaniment. For dessert, take some pineapple.
Snack: For the snack, I recommend that you choose a yogurt with nuts inside. Hazelnuts or walnuts are the best choices.
Dinner: For dinner, take a vegetable soup, with some cheese, and a mixed salad. Accompany everything with whole wheat bread.
Anti-cellulite menu for Saturday
Breakfast: Take some pineapple slices, and accompany it with a lemon-sweetened tea with stevia.
Half morning: In the middle of the morning, I recommend that you take a handful of nuts so that you can endure hunger until lunchtime.
Food: To eat, I recommend you take a couple of cooked eggs and steamed asparagus. You can accompany everything with a few slices of whole wheat bread and, for dessert, take some pineapple.
Snack: I recommend you take a banana, whose potassium will really suit you.
Dinner: For dinner, I recommend you choose the grilled chicken breast, with a lemon wedge and some cooked vegetables. Accompany it with a slice of whole-wheat bread and, for dessert, take some pineapple.
Menu for orange peel for Sunday
Breakfast: Take a skimmed yogurt with some nuts inside, and have a lemon tea sweetened with stevia.
Half morning: In the middle of the morning, I recommend that you choose a handful of walnuts or hazelnuts, so that you can fool the stomach until lunchtime and do not arrive at lunch starving.
Food: When it comes to food, I recommend that you opt for some vegetables seasoned with oil, salt and pepper, and a few slices of pineapple for dessert. If you fancy, you can have another tea sweetened with stevia.
Snack: For the snack, I recommend you take a handful of nuts again.
Dinner: At dinner time, I recommend you take a plate of dietary pasta and accompany it with a salad to your liking.
As you can see, with this effective anti-cellulite diet you can lower the level of your cellulite in record time and without too much effort, achieving with small sacrifices great results. And best of all is that it is not especially aggressive, unlike others there are for the market.
